This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, like air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and fast wi-fi. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with sim cards and were always accommodating. I highly recommend the breakfast! I’m coming back for Christmas.

What stood out was the exemplary service from Binod, who not only assisted with currency exchange but also provided valuable recommendations for local attractions. The courtyard served as a serene breakfast spot with a variety of options to choose from.

Staying here was a delightful experience! The beautiful gardens create a tranquil atmosphere that feels miles away from the bustling streets of Thamel. I was especially impressed with the staff, particularly Binod, who remembered my orders and provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining. The breakfast was fantastic, and I highly recommend the tofu scramble with spinach—it's a must-try! My only wish is that the rooms could have a bit more soundproofing for added quietness during the night.

I loved my stay here for three nights in the Deluxe Double Room! The ambiance was so uplifting, truly a unique blend of traditional Tibetan culture and modern comfort. My Deluxe Double Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and serene ambiance. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the tofu scramble with spinach. I appreciated that breakfast hours extended until 12 PM, allowing a leisurely start to the day. Staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, going above and beyond. Special mention to Abhi and Anjali, who were attentive and always happy to assist. There was a quietness in my room despite being in a bustling area, although the occasional street noise did slip in. A downside was the lack of an elevator, which could be tricky with heavy luggage and higher floors. Still, this hotel was a fantastic choice and I would love to return for another stay.
